Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions describe the Adair Concepts Rewards Program. By opting into the Adair Concepts Rewards program (“Adair Extras”, “Rewards”, “Loyalty”, or the “Rewards Program”), you are entering into a binding agreement with Adair Concepts (“Adair Concepts”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in respect of your use of, and participation in, the Rewards Program. If you do not agree to all of the Rewards Terms, you must not use the Rewards Program.​

PRIVACY STATEMENT

In connection with these Rewards Terms, Adair Concepts will use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes our information practices, including how we collect, use, and share your personal information. It also sets out rights that you have in respect of your personal information.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to join & participate in the Rewards Program. Employees of Adair Concepts or any of our brands are not permitted to join & participate in the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program is provided to you for domestic and private use only.

JOINING

To participate in the Rewards Program, you must have either joined online via our website and downloaded your mobile pass, or downloaded, registered and signed in to the Adair Concepts app.

PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS

All our current locations operate and participate in the Rewards Program.

EARNING POINTS

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at any Adair Concept restaurant. Every 50 points = $5 reward. You can earn points on any menu item. When you redeem your £5 reward your points will reset back to 0. Rewards can be combined.

If, for any reason, we provide you with a full or partial refund of your spend on transactions from which you have earned points, we are entitled to remove the corresponding points from your Rewards account.

REDEEMING REWARDS

Points can be redeemed in $5 increments. Points cannot be exchanged for cash value. They may they be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers as determined at our discretion. Points can only be redeemed in store or via online orders.

RESTRICTIONS

Points are personal to the account holder and cannot be grouped with another account holder or transferred to someone else or their card. If you have multiple reward accounts, it’s not possible to merge points into a single account.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND APPS

Points cannot be earned or redeemed on orders made via any third-party delivery service.​

VERIFYING YOUR BALANCE

You can check your points balance through your online Rewards Account. You are responsible for ensuring your points balance is correct. If you check your balance online, we do not accept any responsibility for potential connection charges or any communication failures. We reserve the right to correct or amend the balance in your account if we think there’s been an error. If this has happened and you’d like to dispute, it just get in touch.

We reserve the right to withdraw from the Rewards Program on reasonable notice. Any such changes will be notified to you via email. You have the right to cancel your Rewards Program account at any time, but you’ll lose the right to redeem all unused points. Get in touch to cancel your Rewards account.

COMPLIANCE WITH REWARDS TERMS

We are entitled to take any action we consider appropriate, including invalidating or removing points from your account or suspending or terminating your Rewards account, if we find you have behaved in any way that is fraudulent or against the terms of the Rewards Program. If we terminate your Rewards account, you will lose all the points you have accumulated (including properly obtained points) and you forfeit your right to earn and redeem points in the future. We reserve the sole discretion to determine your compliance with the Rewards Terms. Adair Concepts determination is final.

POINTS VALUE

Points are not property, and you have no vested right or interest in points. Points have no cash value. Points are not assignable or transferable between accounts, persons or otherwise, and points cannot be combined across accounts, regardless of who registered the account. Points can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these Rewards Terms. Any other use, award, sale, exchange, or transfer of points, or attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these Rewards Terms.

CHANGES TO ADAIR EXTRAS

Adair Concepts can change the program from time to time, so be sure to continue to refer to these Rewards Terms for the latest details. You understand and consent that (with or without notice) Adair Concepts may, in its sole discretion, change, modify, cancel or discontinue the Rewards Program, in whole or in part, including any terms, rules, features, benefits, rewards, conditions of participation, points accruing or accumulation ratio, the points redemption policy, the points expiration policy, or any other aspect of the Rewards Program at any time, even though changes may affect points and rewards already in your Adair Rewards account.

UPDATES TO THESE REWARDS TERMS

Adair Concepts may also modify and update these Rewards Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. If we make material changes to the Rewards Terms, we will notify you by any reasonable means. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revisions and you are solely responsible for always remaining knowledgeable about and in compliance with these Rewards Terms. If you do not agree to any changed terms, then you must immediately stop using the Rewards Program and request that we close your Rewards account. 

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Adair Concepts has no responsibility for any failure to perform any of its obligations under these rewards terms caused by or related to any event beyond our reasonable control.

If such an event occurs, then our obligations under the Rewards Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event; and we may, but are not required to, use reasonable endeavors to find a solution by which its obligations under these Rewards Terms may be performed despite the event.

Account Deletion

Guests can delete their account through the mobile app in one of the following ways:

  1. Using the Mobile App – Guests can delete their account directly by navigating to:

    • Edit Account in the app settings

    • Selecting Delete Account at the bottom of the page

  2. Contacting Us – Guests can request account deletion by using the Contact Us form within the app. Our team will process the request and confirm once the account has been removed.

Once an account is deleted, all associated data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy, except where required by law.
